About Me

My name is Tim (or “Deacon Tim” in the music biz). I have been on the music scene for over two decades. I have built a good reputation as a studio/live musician, sound engineer, voice-over artist, and music producer.

Someone once wrote – “With his stylish musicianship and dynamic personality, he can capture the attention of any audience, on stage or in the studio, enchant them, and lift their spirits and consciousness at the same time. Though he is a multi-instrumentalist, engineer, and producer he is most noted for his diverse and inspiring percussive and production abilities… I’d have to say that is better than anything I could ever come up with.

I have worked with many great local, regional and national artists over the years. I have been the Producer/Engineer for “The Back Road Radio Show”, a worldwide broadcasted radio show based in Indianapolis, Indiana. I also own my pwn professional recording studio (The Studio Bunker) which allows me to practice my craft while making a decent living.

Thank you for taking the time to read all this, and please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

  1. I would have loved to find your e-mail address somewhere here, but perhaps this comment will be forwarded…

Keep writing this blog if you can. It is a good one. I know, because we are at least superficially alike at first glance — I am a professional musician, as well as writer, editor, publisher, computer geek… and blogger. Take it from a pro — you write well.

I cannot find any of your tunes, however. I bet I’ll dig ’em. Just as I wager you will like mine — check out a few at http://erikjay.com/music4.html — with some good speakers or headphones, of course, and when you can listen uninterrupted. Richie Gajate-Garcia is on a few of my tracks. He is a pretty solid drummer and percussionist. Where can I hear your music, Tim?
